This is the letter i wrote to my parents after the motivation camp. I really felt guilty after what the trainer told us. The selfishness in us..

I cried! can you imagine that i really cried! It has been a long time since i last cried, really..i can say that almost 95% of the class cried. The atmosphere was dead man.

The trainer told us about the past and future, at first it was all right..i was like having the tears in my eyes only. But after alwin, who made me cried even worst. Even he cried,seriously la if you're a normal person with emotion, you will cry.

He called us to visualise, what made me crys is thinking about the future,the day when our parents got older and older, immediately.i burst out crying.. you can say that i'm a cry baby la..but i'm really afraid of the future..the day when your parents not with you anymore..there's nothing more we could do to mend anything. I really hope that i could get on my feat and starts to strike hard.. and i really love my parents..i really love them..forever.. Alwin called his mum during break. He said to his mum 'i love you'. Really touching! i wished to tell my mum and dad too..really, i'm really afraid it will be too late..no one can guarantee what will happy tomorrow.. Thanks trainer!
